Can I rent a tuxedo the same day in Charlotte?
Yes. The Formal Touch keeps its rental inventory in-house at our Charlotte store, so most customers are fitted and leave with their tuxedo the same day. Walk-ins are welcome.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome during store hours. You can also book a fitting online: 30 minutes for 1–2 people or 1 hour for a larger party.
Do you do alterations?
Yes. Alterations are done on-site, and most are completed the same day.
